Our Ooni oven class is now available in video format!

A comprehensive course for beginners: You will learn the basics of setting up and preparation to cooking Napoletana pizza in the Ooni Koda 16. This is a propane fueled oven, cooking pizzas in 90 seconds or less. 

Key lessons:

Safety, starting and maintaining temperature, launching into oven, rotating and cooking times. Features multiple tools, oven cleaning techniques as well as tips and tricks to cooking pizza successfully.
