Pizza U was founded by Brad and Nicole Bean, who started teaching pizza making at their family pizzeria, Pizaro's Pizza. After 3 years of hands-on classes, they expanded to offer more experiences — from dough-making to team building. Every class is taught by the people who know pizza best.

Looking for a way to bring your team together?
Try our Team Building classes, we a have variety of options to cater to your team's needs! We can accommodate a minimum of 6 up to a maximum of 60*.
All Team Building classes will be available on Monday's only (11-8 PM)
Please contact us to set up your team's experience. $300 space rental fee per hour plus per person pricing. Minimum spend $2000

Class examples will be as follows:

6-10 persons (teams rotate through 2 sections 20-25 minutes each):

  • dough making**
  • pizza making
  • buddy build

This class will be 2 hours long
**each participant will take home 1 dough ball

11-20 persons (teams will rotate through 3 sections of your choosing 20-25 minutes each):

  • dough making**
  • sauce making**
  • pizza making
  • wine pairing
  • cheese making demonstration
  • buddy build
  • largest stretch

This class will be 3 hours long
**each participant will take home 1 dough ball and their sauce


21-60 persons (teams will rotate through 3 or 4 sections of your choosing 20-25 minutes each):

  • dough making**
  • sauce making**
  • pizza making
  • wine pairing
  • cheese making demonstration
  • largest stretch
This class will be 3-4 hours long (depending on group size)
**each participant will take home 1 dough ball and their sauce



If you'd like to have a meeting prior to class, we will be happy to have our space available to you 1-2 hours prior to your event (additional costs apply), you can even host your team with add on's such as:
  • beer/wine packages
  • Charcuterie plates
  • salad packages
