Learn how to make a Detroit style pizza from beginning to end.
Class includes 2 hour hands on instruction from making the dough to pushing it into the infamous blue steel pan. Enjoy the fruits of your labor at the end of class with a Detroit pizza made by you. Students will get to take home dough from class as well an 8X10" Detroit pan with lid and a 2 lb bag of flour to make more pizza at home.
